If when you cut it open the flesh is pink, then it is a variegated Meyer Lemon. I have one and it is fun to use in the place of a plain yellow lemon. :)
Hi, Alice, this is not Cucurbitaceae, this is family Rutaceae. A variation of citrus, Citrus limon x variegata, something. :)
