spotted many hoatzins along rivers in Brazilian Amazon, usually 5 or more birds were together in one tree

Thanks for the comments and info from Rubens. It is quite a different bird. Juan, I've been to South America 3 times and look forward to more of your spottings.
Hi Dan, nice punk hair bird ! I do some research and found that it´s called in Brazil as "Catingueira", something like "smelly", because the bad smell that results from it digestion process. Only found in the north of South America.
That is so cool, what an awesome looking bird! I love the composition of the picture too :D
