Hi Mielsiargao, that is a very nice photo of a Swallowtail Moth. I have sent you a Species ID Suggestion with a link to Wikipedia where you can get some good information, but Wiki does not specifically mention the presence of this moth in the Philippines, So, if you look in https://philepidoptera.wixsite.com/moths/uraniidae-swallowtail--scoopwing-moth..... you will see some pictures of your moth. If a moth or a butterfly is featured in Philippine Lepidoptera, you can be sure that it is documented as present in the Philippines. Nice spotting!!
