One of a kind sighting. This is a black bear with a white coat. Alaska natives call this a spirit bear.

This is amazing... I was sure I read in last month's National Geographic that the rare white coated black bear could only be seen in Northern BC forests! Can someone please clarify this for me? Thanks for the wonderful spotting. :)
