Field Notes

Habitat:

I found this specimen on a tree in a square on the downtown of my city.

Notes:

I was at the bus stop waiting for the bus to leave the College, and in the bank where I was, I spotted an animal flying. At first glance I thought it was a "big bat" (as a "Artibeus sp."). However, to get close I saw it was a small owl. The first photo came out blurry, and this, the second, when I clicked the catch, she flew towards me and hit the flash.
