Description:

I found it growing on the bank behind a creek that runs behind my home. First good sign of Spring! ;) It tasted good too! I was cleaning up the creek bed (My Earth Day Promise) and found it growing in the old dried stumps from last years season. Happy Earth Day Everyone!! :D
