Definitely. It's a tough call to make unless you have photos as good as these.
your right, I checked out the bill on another up close head shot I have of it. They are very similar though :P
If it were a juvie Raven, he would have gray based neck feathers, a shaggier throat and a longer heavier bill.
If this is in Maryland, it's much more likely to be an American Crow than a Common Raven
