Species ID Suggestions

Nuttall's Woodpecker

Picoides nuttallii

To get two at once is wonderful, I have trouble with just one (Downy)
I would have to say a Ladder-backed Woodpecker (Picoides scalaris), to small to be a downy, facial markings are not right for a Hairy Woodpecker and the beak seems a bit off for the Nuttall's although the area is right.
