Field Notes

Description:

About 40mm large approx. grey colour with yellow stripes and black spikes.

Habitat:

Spotted during a walk day at Nusa Dua - Bali, coastal area, bush & low vegetation.
The range of the plain tiger extends from Africa and southern Europe, eastwards via Sri Lanka, India, and Myanmar to China, Java and Sulawesi. It is a very common species.
