Description:
Small damselfly, this one is a mature female, you can tell because it's mostly red. Check out this one of an immature Variable Wisp https://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/885116080 tho I'm not exactly sure if it's an immature male or female.
Habitat:
Found resting on a shrub after a light rain. It is found from India, through South-east Asia to islands in the Pacific. Where it inhabits pools and stagnant water.
Notes:
