Wonderful! This must have been very exciting to see.
Thanks JVM..Was my first spotting of an owl in the wild - pretty exciting experience for me.
what a great spotting!
Was quite something to see. I watched the adult owl swoop into the creek and pull out a crayfish, and then take it to the 2 young ones who were watching from a nearby branch with a second adult close nearby yet away from the young ones. Possibly teaching them the art of fishing!
Neat, I had heard they go fishing, but have never seen it.
