Description:

Large yellow flowers on large plants here. 6 petals. The center progressively fills in till the whole is filled with mature stamen.

Habitat:

Open meadows. Scattered around the central plateau and our large open spaces.

Notes:

Brightens up my day. They have a wealth of insect visitors.
