Edible Frog / Water Frog

Carolina, this frog is edible which means that it could be cooked and be eaten, it does not have poison sac unlike some frog that has poisonous mucus. To eat this "edible" frog you have to remove the skin and the head and the bile duct. The bile could be added to a wine and in Asia is considered medicine. Now the frog legs could be added with your vegetable and as my example the bitter mellon and you could buy that at the Asian market.
