Wow! What a beauty. Congratulations Jellis. Well deserved.
Thank you all so much
Congratulations Janet, this beautiful image of a Song Sparrow is our Spotting of the Day! "We love this delicate and beautiful image of a singing Song Sparrow (Melospiza melodia), our Spotting of the Day! An abundant, cryptic and variable North American species, it comes in no fewer than 24 recognized subspecies. Patterns of songs are variable over the species' range. Song sparrows typically learn their songs from only a few birds in neighboring territories. Hear plenty of examples here: http://buff.ly/2qL18xz".
