Yes it look some different than vinca, shade is almost same like it.
Actually, this is a Verbena, of the variety Verbena x tenera TexTuf. It grows as a perennial wildflower in Texas.
Vinca... Microsoft is made it popular with wallpaper..!! Evergreen and all seasonal flowering Its must be underexposed Vinca rosea or Catharanthus roseus
