Field Notes

Description:

I have two nests last year. Today I found this new one really close to a old one. I've seen these eggs in the other nests before. I also seen them hatch also. But I don't know what kind they are.

Habitat:

Wetland with many trees

Notes:

There's a wetland behind my house with a lot of bird calls. All different sound.

It is confirmed that they are robin eggs
Both robin and red wing match the profile. But the chance is probably higher for robin. I guess we'll know in a weekish.
From your last comment, I'm thinking it could be a red-winged blackbird's nest and eggs.
Oh yea. Recently, there's a bird that is in my backyard really often. The bird is black with bright red color at the upper part of the wing when closed
that could be it. I do see those often.
I know robins lay blue eggs, might be one of those
