Field Notes

Description:

These moths are extremely small, having only a wingspan size of 18-25 millimeters. They come in grey or white, and have black compact eyes.

Habitat:

These moths are very common in fields and woodland areas.

Notes:

These moths do not eat while their adults, instead they feed during their larvae stage. Their lifespan only last around 5-8 weeks, while spending half of their life as a larvae.
