Spanish sparrow

These sparrows were common only in the hotels, where they could find easy food, while being scarce in the rest of the island. They were still pretty timid, although they lived near humans, and ate(other than human food) seeds buried in the ground and the tips of the agave plants. I am particularly fond of these pictures because it blew my mind seeing them nibble at the spiky tip.
