Brown with furry tail. Everyone here in town say it is a Rockchuck? yellow-bellied marmot (Marmota flaviventris)

I believe that is what it is?! they are everywhere here. Very cute, but they do dig up the manicured lawns and some of the "Rednecks" don't care for them. I am entertained by watching them run back and forth from tree to rock pile.
