Field Notes

Description:

The flowers are more oval when they mature. This is an early stage in the blooming. Then a later stage and the final stage. Then a picture of the main stem. Quite thorny.

Habitat:

This plant is used as a barrier plant and grows in the highlands here. Through the dry season and wet season it thrives.

Notes:

This is a thorn bush flower. 4 X 16 blooms. Native to Madagascar.
