Field Notes

Description:

This beetle is active. It is about 2.5 cm long. It can crawl places. Two antennae.

Habitat:

Shrubs and plants in the wet season I've seen them in many places. High central plateau. We're at 3800 feet here.

Notes:

What is that over there? It seems this insect is checking out the view. I looked where he was looking just out of habit.
