Description:

very light blue to white belly, with mildly green sides and a light striped pattern to his back

Habitat:

found close to a small, rocky creek railway basking in the hot summer sun on a piece of roofing shingle.

Notes:

this lizard was very cute and completely unaffraid of me or my camera!!

Oh, ok thanks, it was hard to tell with his stripes being so faint.
One minor suggestion, I believe you have the Prairie Racerunner there, Cnemidophorus sexlineatus viridis
Great photo, I always have a hard time getting decent photo ops of this genus
