Field Notes

Habitat:

Breed in swamps, lowland forests, and marshes of the southeastern United States, primarily in Florida and South Carolina; winters in South America in humid lowland forests, riparian forests, and forests mixed with savannas

Notes:

Can't wait for the day when I can take a decent photo of these beautiful birds. For now this high-flying shot will have to do.
