Field Notes

Description:

Lichen dimorphic, with primary thallus as short crust and podecios with apothecia. Primary thallus crustaceous, thin, dull green, rough, strongly adhered to the substrate. Isidia and soredia absent. Apothecia pink, flat to slightly convex, located above the white podecios and 1-3 mm long

Habitat:

Oak and Paramo forest
