I'm still not convinced. I've seen a Sailfin before (http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/6881693) and still think they differ. I'll do some more investigation. Thanks for helping out!

It looks like the Philippine Sail-fin Lizard. If this is sighted in the Philippines i could bet it is a Sail-fin Lizard. :)
@alicelongmartin Shouldn't it have spines (are they called like that in English?) on it's head than?
