Description:

The ranfástidos (Ramphastidae), commonly known as toucans, are a family of Piciformes birds characterized by having a well-developed beak and bright colors. They measure between 18 and 63 cm, the toco toucan (Ramphastos toco) the largest.

Habitat:

They live in tropical forests from Mexico to South America. Some prefer the rain forests and other land the colder altitudes between 2000 m and 3000 m

Notes:

The name of this group of birds comes from the Tupi Tucana, through French.

Yes, it is one of the most beautiful birds I've seen, and seeing them flying in the jungle is the best.
