Description:

Tree that has amazing clustered purple blooms that come off both the branches and off the trunk itself. So beautiful.

Habitat:

Central Park, NYC. Early spring.

Notes:

This has an edible flower during early spring. They are sweet and tart and great in salads!

Not quite sure what this is, though it's very pretty!
