the second one is an interesting shot, to say the least.
That's right- a Chuckwalla! I've seen another one similar but with bright yellows in the same area. Have you noticed the second pic-- he's on a bathroom break! :)
I'd love to do some herping out west and gets some shots of one of these guys. Well done.
