Description:
Black Iguana as pups at birth weigh approx. 4.5 gr. and measure 9 to 12 cm. Of adults can reach up to 1.4 m. Eating habits (in the wild) are classified according to their age when they are young, and small insects are the staple diet prez. When in the juvenile stage, insects and small prez part of the diet, but consumption of leaves and fruits are becoming more important as age progresses
Habitat:
Its natural habitat is in the regions of the tropical forest and tropical deciduous forest
Notes:
The Black Iguana is native to western Mexico from Sinaloa to Oaxaca.
