Description:
Named for the 'beaded' appearance of the scales, this is one species of a venomous lizard. The beaded lizard is larger than it's close relative the gila monster.
Habitat:
This magnificent creature is a resident of Tulsa Zoo. Natural habitat is found in the southern region of Guatemala and all over Mexico.
