Description:

This a Rhinoceros beetle though the horn is shorter, so it's a female.

Habitat:

This one is taken with our wood sill. Usually likes trees and shrubs far away from civilization.

Notes:

What a place to rest from a busy night.

I was wondering if there was a difference between the sexes of this beetle. Thanks!
You're probably right that it's a rhinoceros beetle. Due to the reduced horn, I'd say it's a female.
