Description:

I found this spider in my home office carrying it's egg sac with it.

Habitat:

We live in an area with lots of trees and scrub land and spiders like to wander indoors where it's warmer.

Well observed Chun, This is a wolf spider
I do not think it is a huntsman spider as its eye patterns is that of a Wolf Spider. Moreover, Wolf Spider (Lycosidae) use their spinnerets at their abdomen to carry their egg sac, as seen like above. However, I do not usually see wolf spider putting their eggs underneath their body.
I just carried one of them outside, but I bet she will be back in again by morning :-)
