Hi John, welcome to Project Noah. This appears to be the same species as the previous spotting. If this is the case then we have a simple rule and that is "same species, same day, same place = one spotting" of up to 6 pictures. Since this is a female European Garden Spider (Araneus diadematus) and the other picture is a male of the same species they may be left separate, but I would suggest noting the difference in the description for the benefit of other viewers and adding the scientific name which I have given you.
