Looks like a North American yellow crab spider (Misumena vatia)
I just noticed where this photo was taken, the reference I've given above will show representatives of this group in North America, so narrowing down the ID may require you finding more local references.
Nice shot. This is a crab spider (genus Misumena). Crab spiders are ambush hunters lying in wait for their prey to show up. One of the best places to do this is a flower. Crab spiders also can change their color to match the flower on which they lie in ambush, usually yellow or white.
