Emigrant (Catopsilia) caterpillars can be difficult to differentiate by appearance alone, with much blurring of any distinctions. However, what I've learned over the years is that, generally speaking, Common/Lemon (C. pomona) larvae have a more or less solid white lateral stripe and at times wide, dark band immediately above, while Mottled (C. pyranthe) cats typically have a faint yellow line along the top of their white lateral stripe.
This one is sorted out. These are the caterpillars of the lemon emigrant butterfly.
Yes, the reddish one is a flower. There are, two of those, creatures on the leaf :-)
It looks like you may have two kinds on that leaf unless that is a reddish flower. Find out what the plant is first.
