That's funny because if i'm outside at night and by a light they always fly into me ha ha. I guess they are like an airplane, only graceful if given proper flying space. :)
Very nice photo. You got a very good shot of the 'halters', which are the modified second wings that look like stalks with little balls on the ends. They use these to shift their weight, and hence their direction, when flying. It makes them superb aerialists.
