I guess not, this crane fly has got 9 segments...
I figured out that it can be Nephrotoma eucera. Do you agree?

Nice macro shot of those compound eyes!! This is actually a cranefly rather than a dragonfly, though it will be difficult to identify down to species level! Maybe check out this page, see what matches best :) http://iz.carnegiemnh.org/cranefly/tipulinae.htm
