That's great news Emma. I need to visit the Lindsay museum.
She stayed in the hospital for 3 days . They were able to untangle her but she was bruised around the legs . So they gave her antibiotics. Now she is in the aviary. They have paired her up with another finch and will release her into a very peaceful reserve ,as soon as she is stronger. The reserve is in Walnut Creek in the East Bay. Thanks Lindsay Museum Of Wildlife!
Emma, Hope she is doing well. Beautiful birds!
yes without doubt. Yesterday i found a female house finch caught up in a netting and trying to wriggle itself free. I took it to The Lindsay Museum Of Wild Life Hospital. I will find out after 4 days on how she is doing. it really upset me to see her entangled that way.
