I spotted this bird on the outside of a sea turtle exhibit at Sea World in Orlando.

In fact the House Sparrow should never have white in front of the eye! I cannot find any European birds with this type of bill and white in front of the eye, young or adult.
Young House Sparrows do not normally have such a clear cut stripe over the eye until adult hood but this bird looks like it still has the gape of a new-born...
Thanks :) This bird never came out fully for me to see it. I was at Sea World in Orlando and I spotted it in this hole on the outside of an exhibit.
Most likely a young House Sparrow.
Did you ever get to see what it was before it flew (assuming it has gone by now).
Thank you! I am new to this but I love wildlife and this makes it so much fun to try a take pictures and see what they are.
