Field Notes

Description:

Some kind of white mould. It nearly covered a square metre.

Habitat:

In a cave with no light penetrating, covering rocks.
I think it may have started growing out of a rotting log (see 5th pic) where the white mould is quite thick. It has then spread out over the rocks.
