Description:

A medium sized beetle, about 3/4 inch. Metallic green/gold elytra.

Habitat:

Prairie restoration area at Sunderbruch park.

I have the same problem with the flash. These turned out really nice though :)
Thanks for all your kind words James! I've always struggled photographing these and getting the flash right. In the past, I've always drowned it out, or it was too dark. I was pleasantly surprised with this one.
