Field Notes

Notes:

This is the butterfly that emerged from the chrysalis previously posted: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/5957022 and the previously posted catepillar http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/5939388.
The second picture is immediately after it it dropped from the chrysalis (I have awful fuzzy video of it emerging; and I'm having a problem uploading the progressive pictures as it dried.)

I got incredibly lucky and just happened to stop by to see the friend whose garden I originally found the catepillars.
