Description:

Tiny little Planthopper of the Family Issidae, 5 mm long. This is an adult with a yellow coloration overlaying the grey of the body and wings.

Habitat:

Found in an overgrown lot, semi-urban area, San Cristobal de Las Casas, 2,200 meters.
