Field Notes

Description:

Torquoise blue back, half yellow half red sopts on the wings, yellow and red eye like rings one each on the four wings. Body length: 18 mm; wingspan: 28 mm.

Notes:

Spotted on a warm afternoon perching on the side partition of my roof waterdrain pipe.

Thanks Rebecca for the comments. I spotted this beauty on the side of the roof water drain (red background) on a sunny afternoon. When I started taking some shots it got irritated (?) and flew onto a wall. The first picture is in fact, this beauty against the wall.
