Agree with Chun's suggestion....!!
Wow, this is a challenging one. I can't find a good reference in the Internet so I turn to Dr Bert Orr's guide book to the Damselflies and Dragonflies of Peninsular Malaysia & Singapore and found the closest match, that is the Teinobasis rajah. The best way to identify damselfly is through their wing patterns but it is difficult in this case.

This is actually a damselfly. I'm not familiar with the Malaysian species.
