Description:

Walking along a trail in tortuguero, Costa Rica; I notice something in from of me, I first saw, the web of a Nephila spider , the lavender color of the Dipterix panamensis flowers, and something moving into the spider-web... It was a viper.....

This particular specimen was about 40 cm long, the larges I have seen is just about 1 meter.
Now that is truly amazing! How large was the snake? What a spotting!
that's true, actually the spider could not do much with this great catch. but the snake need of my help to leave the spider-web. I move it because it was across the main trail.
Woah... I bet that'll keep the spider going for months!! Incredible.
