my apologies, I over saw you description. it is actually a Birch Bracket/Piptoporus betulinus Piptoporus betulinus, commonly known as the birch polypore, birch bracket, or razor strop, is one of the most common polyporous bracket fungi and, as the name suggests, grows almost exclusively on birch trees.
its a old Crepidotus mollis The cap is kidney shaped. The cap is white when it is young and when it gets older, it turns ochre.
