Field Notes

Description:

the leaf it is perching on is about 1.5cm in diameter, paired white dots on the dorsal surface, lateral white stripe along the cephalothorax

Habitat:

Goldenrod meadow next to a stream in a hemlock forested area.

Notes:

On the top of a goldenrod leaf when I approached, then sidled under the leaf to hide as I got closer.
