Description:

In general, they attain a height of 102 to 160 centimetres (40 to 63 in) at the shoulder and may weigh as much as 546 kilograms (1,200 lb) though more typically 225 to 320 kilograms (500 to 710 lb). Head and body length varies from 162 to 246 centimetres (64 to 97 in), with a 25 to 30 centimetres (9.8 to 12 in) tail.

Notes:

This big buck wandered into the camp ground at Khao Khitchakut national park. The female in the other photo wandered into camp even during the day. She came to within 10'(3.3m) of my tent one night.
