Species ID Suggestions

Comments (6)

This one is tough. There are several blue damselflies species. For ID purposes, if you can try to get some with the wings and tail. The wings and tail pattern are often the easiest way to distinguish between the similar species. This could be the Azure Bluet or the Stream Bluet or the Skimming Bluet or the Blue-ringed dancer. The Familiar Bluet is a possibility but that one is more of a baby blue color.
